Quality Control
I've finally found my camera. Sometime ago I wrote about the Gnomes in my home. Apparently my house gnome had put my camera away "in a safe place" and then conveniently forgotten to pass that information on to me.
Today's treat is my Gnome performing Quality Control on Sunday's Chocolate Cake.
I think I have my Gnome's Stamp of Approval.

Ah, there was nothing better than licking the bowl when I was a kid. My mother made cakes at home. This post reminded me of the times I sat at the kitchen waiting for my turn to taste the batter. I think that that is what it's called in English. Thank you for letting me remember my childhood. 
@CarmenDeBizet - He's what my husband's family would a wyone, a wise guy. He's loveable but a handful at times. I was waiting for him to push his whole head into the bowl. Thanks for stopping by and I am glad you had fond memories.

Yup, my boys do this all the time. Ah, but they must let mom get a lick or two in.
Chocolate is much more worth the effort than vanilla, for sure!
