I'm so sorry!!  Times like what you're experiencing are really tough.  Being self-employed, I know the troughs well.  (I just had my only two sources of income for next month cancel on me.)  And I won't trivialize your challenge by tossing out a simplistic Christian message, like "Have faith!"  But God knows your needs and your family's needs and will provide, sometimes at the last minute, sometimes in forms or through people you never would have foreseen. He is faithful and is completely committed to blessing you.  I pray that this time of challenge will reveal new shades of his goodness.  Keep us posted.
