Things are starting to work little by little. You can upload pictures by clicking “Add Media” on the editpage when you make a new post. I also discovered that you can add a caption to the picture from the Add Media link, and when you post the picture, the caption will be automatically posted along with it. I still can’t position the pictures as centered. The pictures appear on the edit page as html though, which is annoying because I feel like I am doing things a bit blindly. It was so much easier when we could see the pictures as pictures on the edit page. I still wish that I did not have to mess with html so much.
I have tried looking up some people, but all I get is referred to the “New Xanga” page. Maybe I am doing something wrong, or maybe we can no longer see the sites of folks who have opted not to pay.
I don’t know about themes, but I have not checked lately. Last I knew all we had was the default theme, but that might have changed.
